All RoomGen plans are eligible for a refund request within 14 days of purchase.
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are refunded for the full product price of that billing month when requested within the 14-day window.
Yearly Plans
Yearly subscriptions are refunded based on unused credits. We calculate the unused portion at the time of the request and refund that amount.
Non-Refundable Charges
Any charges other than the product price are not refundable. This includes taxes, fees, or other third-party charges.

We will confirm receipt and process eligible refunds.
Processing Time
